DIY Last Minute Halloween Lady Gaga Costume!

Hey all!  I've been away for a while, but I decided to make a tiny contribution to your blog feeds for those of you looking for a costume idea to spend little money!  Lady Gaga is not my favorite artist, but I do like some of the crazy-bat-shit looks she pulls off.  The most MINIMAL one I liked was this photo here:

Things you'll need for this awesome DIY:

1.) a cute solid colored dress

2.) posterboard to cut out crystal shapes

3.) tape or glue to hold shape of crystal cut-outs

4.) gold paint [optional, refer to example pics in link]

5.) Gaga-esque wig

Have a fun and safe Halloween!  Remember, "Geology ROCKS!" - which is why I love this easy DIY.  As for me, I'm going to be Wonder Woman and the man is going to be a t-shirt version of Clark Kent/Superman.  [So hard to get the guys to dress up!]
